Anyone out there using Scrid?
For $8.99 per month you get unlimited reading/listening of their catalog which covers over a million titles, including comics. There is a 14 day free trial.
Since I can barely keep up with the books I have, I am interested but not enough to bite. Add Amazon Prime to the list, and I am not sure this is worth it.
The problem with book subscriptions is that you can only read so fast, and if you are like me, have limited time. Some newer books are expensive so it could work out, if you can read a couple of books a month. When I searched some of my favorite authors, they were there but not well represented and these are not obscure titles. But I love competition and I believe Scrid is an open publishing platform as well.
So if there are any Scrid users out there, let us know in the comments if you like the service.
